This time of year we do a lot of Easter crafts. And it’s no surprise that a lot of these Easter crafts have to do with Easter bunnies! Since my girls like wearing and making headbands, the first Easter craft we did was to make a headband with Easter bunny ears.
Here’s What You Need to Make Easter Bunny Ears:
- White and pink construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Stapler
- Cotton balls
Here’s How to Make Easter Bunny Ears:
1. Cut three strips of white construction paper about 2-3 inches wide and as long as the piece of construction paper.
2. Staple two strips of the white construction paper together.
3. Wrap these stapled strips of construction paper around your child’s head to measure how big the headband needs to be and then staple the strips together where needed to create a good fit. If necessary, widen the headband by adding the third strip of paper.
4. Cut out two large Easter bunny ears from the white construction paper.
5. Cut out two smaller Easter bunny ears from the pink construction paper.
6. Glue one pink Easter bunny ear in the center of one large white Easter bunny ear, and then repeat this step with the other pink and white bunny ears.
7. Staple the two Easter bunny ears to the front of the headband.
8. Glue two cotton balls to the back of the headband for the Easter bunny’s tail.
These Easter bunny ears are fun, easy and great if you’re looking for Easter crafts to do with a large group of kids! Once the kids are done with the Easter crafts, they could enjoy these Jello Easter Bunnies!
