When I think “LeapFrog” I think high-quality educational products that my kids adore. Even before I was invited to visit the LeapFrog headquarters last month I was enamored of their work, and after my visit I was even more solidly in their camp. Their commitment to education over outright sell-out profit, their enjoyment of children, and their desire to encourage creativity and a love of learning were very apparent in everyone I met. I have blogged about LeapFrog on my personal blog before, and my opinion of them has not changed.
But. Did you know that the fine folks at LeapFrog love you, my loyal readers, too? Sweet. They gave me some fabulous LeapFrog swag to share with you, and I’m unveiling the first item today.
Last Christmas, Santa brought each of my 3 boys a Leapster educational video game system. Even though Chip was too young (just approaching 2), Santa knew that he would want the same thing his brothers got. Surprisingly even he has gotten a lot of use out of his Leapster over the course of the past year. And my then 3 and 4 year olds have definitely loved them as well.
